For credit card transactions, a valid credit card from a VikThor-approved bank is required, and you must authorize VikThor jewellery to charge the specified purchase amount to your credit card.
Should VikThor Jewellery find it necessary, third parties may be engaged to transmit or obtain information about you. This may encompass details such as your credit card number or credit information to verify your identity, validate your credit card, secure initial credit card authorization, and authorize individual payment transactions.
Your provided personal information may be shared with our payment processing partners or credit and fraud prevention agencies, which may retain records of this information.
By using our services, you consent to receiving invoices and credits exclusively in electronic form.
3. Orders and Returns
Order
Our website and online shop serve as an invitation for customers to submit offers for entering into a purchase agreement for the showcased products. All orders are contingent upon availability and our acceptance.
VikThor Jewellery provides products that are ready to be dispatched from our warehouse. On occasion, due to production issues or quality controls, we may be unable to deliver certain products at the time of your order. If such an event occurs, we will promptly notify you via email and refund the initially charged amount to your credit card within 30 days of confirming the non-deliverable product.
Prices
The prices listed on the website are indicated in the currency displayed. Unless otherwise indicated, the price includes VAT.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
In Switzerland, our products are shipped through Swiss Post. Unfortunately, deliveries to post office boxes or Packstations are not feasible. For the European Union (EU) and other countries, parcels are dispatched via DHL.
DELIVERY TIME
The anticipated delivery time for items dispatched within Switzerland is approximately 2 business days. For all other addresses within the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and serve as a guideline, commencing from the dispatch date. We do not assume liability for any potential delivery delays.
The transfer of risk initiates at the time of product arrival.
SHIPPING COSTS
VikThor Jewellery covers the shipping costs for orders within Switzerland and Germany, offering free shipping for all purchases with no minimum order value. However, a shipping fee of 6 Euros applies for orders to all other countries within the European Union and the rest of the world. Free shipping is applied to orders exceeding 150 Euros for destinations in the EU and the rest of the world.
RETURNS
Generally, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the items, determined by the date of the postmark or delivery of a collection notice. Beyond this timeframe, returns are no longer possible. We strongly advise checking the item promptly upon receipt and, if necessary, initiating the return process immediately. The following conditions must be met:
- The item is undamaged and unworn.
- The item is in its original undamaged packaging.
- All original labels remain attached as received.
- Any accessories provided are returned along with the item.
VikThor Jewellery does not cover the return shipping costs.
4. Colors
We aim to depict the product colours on our website with utmost accuracy. Nevertheless, variations in image resolutions across computer screens may occur. As a result, we cannot guarantee that your screen resolution will faithfully represent all colours.
